Lastly, our site occasionally offers sample sizes or discovery sets, which allow you to try multiple scents before committing to a full-sized bottle. These methods can help ensure that you find a fragrance that perfectly matches your preferences.
At Saff & Co. , we prioritize customer satisfaction. Our return/exchange policy is straight forward and customer-friendly. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please ensure that all original tags and labels are still attached. To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team with your order details, and they will guide you through the process. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected.

1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Asia, China, and the U.S. with free worldwide shipping on orders over $100 (including all taxes and duties). U.S. orders have a shipping fee due to recent rate changes. Our prices are in USD.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
- Asia: 5-10 business days
- U.S.: 7-14 business days
- China: 5-15 business days

3. Where do you ship from?
We use multiple warehouses worldwide to ship from the nearest location to you, or directly from our main warehouses in Indonesia and China if needed.
4. What if my order is late?
All orders are tracked. Contact us if delayed or lost. If undelivered after 2 months, we offer a reshipment or refund.
5. Why did my items ship separately?
Items may ship separately based on warehouse availability. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
6. Are there any customs fees?
We cover all taxes and duties, but some countries may charge extra fees. Contact local customs for details.
7. Can I get delivery by a specific date?
Order early for holiday or special occasion gifts, as we can’t guarantee delivery by specific dates.
