Shipping Policy
1. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping?
Saff & Co. ships to Indonesia and other Asia countries with FREE worldwide shipping on orders over $100. For these qualifying orders, Saff & Co. covers all taxes and duties, so there are no extra fees at delivery. Due to recent changes in international shipping rates, orders shipped to the U.S. now incur a shipping charge. Please note that our shop's currency is set to USD."
2. Delivery Time
Once you place an order, it takes us 1-3 business days to process it before shipment. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the availability of the item in our warehouses. We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 weeks. Here is a list of our estimated delivery times: Indonesia Shipping 3-5 business days* Asia Shipping (outside Indonesia) 5-10 business days* *in some cases, delivery can take longer. Factors that can affect shipping times include slow postal services, unexpected customs delays, and shipping disruptions due to weather or natural disasters. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delays are rare and we will keep you informed if we anticipate any significant delays. 3. Where do you ship from?
Saff & Co. has partnered with several warehouses around the world to ensure fast and efficient shipping. When you place an order, we will ship from the closest warehouse to your country where the item is available. However, in some cases, if the item you ordered is not available in the nearest warehouse, we will ship it directly from our main warehouse in Indonesia and China. This allows us to provide the best possible shipping experience and ensures that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
4. Late deliveries
All orders are fully tracked, and we will keep you informed of any unexpected delays. If your order is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at partnership@saffnco.com, and we will investigate the issue and provide a resolution. In the rare event that your order does not arrive within 2 months of the date of purchase, we offer a guarantee to help reship your order or provide a full refund.
5. Partial Shipments
We have multiple warehouses around the world, so items may be shipped separately if they're available in different locations. We will provide tracking information for each shipment. If you have any questions, please contact us at partnership@saffnco.com.
Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. handmade items, limited editions & custom products cannot be returned. Your refund/return won't be accepted if you simply changed your mind or you have chosen the wrong product/size. If it was our mistake, if we mistake the size or any other thing that might be issued by us, we will accept your return and fully refund or ship you another package.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at partnership@saffnco.com.
5. Important Notes!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
6. Custom Fees
We cover all taxes and duties for international shipments, but in rare cases, some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your country. If you have any questions or concerns about customs fees or import taxes, please contact your local customs office for more information.
7. Delivery for Holidays and Special Occasions
If you plan to give one of our items as a gift for a holiday or special occasion, we recommend ordering well in advance of the date to ensure timely delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
